Towing the God

Devotees/volunteers in a colony towing the Ganesh idol on the day before Ganesh pooja from Dhoolpet(where these idols are made in huge numbers). The narrow streets are  lined with trucks carrying the idols and manage to cause inconvenience to the commuters resulting from slow-moving traffic. The gentleman is carrying the long stick so that the wires don’t get entangled as a result of transporting the huge idol.
