Not a charmer…

Snakes have an important place in Hindu mythology, whether adorning Lord Shiva’s neck or making a resting place for Lord Vishnu. The snake primarily represents rebirth, death and mortality, due to its casting of its skin and being symbolically “reborn”. Many others also argue that snakes represent fertility.

This snake will be seen in Ganesha’s hand or waist after completion.
